The Tottenham HotspurStar Is Not at His Best

In the Premier League on Saturday, Tottenham Hotspur lost to Wolverhampton Wanderers, a disappointing defeat. After their humiliating FA Cup defeat to Sheffield United, the players would have been expected to step up and produce a strong response in this match. The Londoners, on the other hand, gave a subpar performance and lost the game.


The Londoners were innocuous in the assault and neglected to track down the rear of the net regardless of making various possibilities in the primary half. Son Heung-Min, a South Korean international, has yet to perform at his best this season, and he appeared nervous in front of the goal. The 30-year-old had a great chance to score when he brilliantly got past two players, but he only managed a very average finish. In the context of his caliber, it was an abysmal performance.

Tottenham Looking to Strengthen Their Squad

 

Tottenham Hotspur is among a list of clubs interested in signing RB Leipzig central defender Josko Gvardiol, according to reports in Germany. The Croatian 20-year-old has emerged as one of Europe’s hottest defensive talents after excelling with his eye-catching displays in the Bundesliga and World Cup. He made 65 appearances for Leipzig since joining from Dinamo Zagreb and was a key cog in Croatia’s third-place finish in Qatar.

Spurs have been strongly linked with a move to west London but a move now seems unlikely after Todd Boehly secured Benoit Badiashile from AS Monaco for £ 33.6 million. Gvardiol’s contract at the Red Bull Arena expires in 2027 meaning any potential suitor will be forced to cough up close to the £ 115 million valuation of CIES Football Observatory.

Antonio Conte expected to quit Tottenham, reports

 

There are widespread reports that Tottenham manager Antonio Conte may decide to quit the club at the end of the campaign once his contract expires. Even though his deal is running out on June 30,Conte is yet to put pen to paper on a new contract. Sky Sports has reported that an offer is on the table from Spurs, however,Conte has been holding off the decision. It is becoming increasingly certain thatConte may decide to call his time with the London outfit to an end. The 53-year-old is reportedly keen on a return to Italian football.

 

This is his second spell in English football forConte, who enjoyed a very successful two full seasons with Chelsea before going back to Italy. At the time of capturingConte as the new boss, Tottenham were very confident about replicating the success achieved by Chelsea. The 53-year-old, though, has struggled to get any major success. In his first full season with the club,Conte was able to get the team the Champions League football once again after two seasons. A fourth place finish with 71 point meant thatConte was able to overcome the achievements of Jose Mourinho and more.

Alphonse Areola was born in February 1993 is a French football player and plays as a goalkeeper for West Ham United as well as the France national team.

Darren Randolph was born in 1987 and is an Irish professional footballer who is a goalkeeper for Premier League club West Ham United as well as the Republic of Ireland national football team. Randolph has previously played for the Republic of Ireland U21 team. He has also represented Ireland in basketball.

Lukasz Fabiański was born on 18 April 1985. He is a Polish professional footballer who is a goalkeeper for the Premier League club West Ham United. In addition, he played for the Poland national team until he retired in 2021.

Can Bayern Munich Land Tottenham’s Star Player?

Harry Kane, Tottenham Hotspur’s star will reportedly decide about the World Cup 2022, about this future amid rumors that Bayern Munich is still processing a transfer.

Kane has been the subject of interest for almost all recent transfer windows. Only two summers ago, his move to Manchester City looked certain. It seemed like the striker was ready to make a profitable move to the Etihad. Nevertheless, Tottenham didn’t agree and stayed back in North London. Since then, he has been in great form. WEST HAM UNITED VS TOTTENHAM PREVIEW: PROBABLE LINEUPS, TEAM NEWS

West Ham United made a disastrous start to the new Premier League season, losing their first three matches in a row. However, they did well to bounce back with a 1-0 win over Aston Villa, and David Moyes will demand a strong performance from his players against Tottenham. The West Ham boss has an impressive squad at his disposal, and the Hammers will be expected to challenge for European qualification again this season. They cannot afford to keep dropping points, despite the early stage of the season, and a home win over Tottenham could give them a much-needed confidence boost.

Meanwhile, Tottenham have been quite impressive so far this season, and Antonio Conte will want his side to continue performing at a high level. Spurs have picked up three wins and a draw from four Premier League matches so far, with the only dropped points coming in the stalemate against London rivals Chelsea. Tottenham will hope to pick up three points against an inconsistent West Ham side.

   LEEDS UNITED UNINTERESTED IN SELLING DANIEL. JAMES AMID TOTTENHAM INTEREST

According to Football Insider, Leeds United are uninterested in entertaining Tottenham’s interest in Daniel James. The Welsh attacker has been the subject of a late approach from Spurs, but Jesse Marsch would like to keep the current squad intact for the rest of the season. Tottenham are showing no signs their transfer window might be over, as Antonio Conte has eyes for a new wide attacker before the deadline. Spurs have been astute with their business, bringing in players specific to the manager’s style.

Richarlison was their most significant arrival, with the Brazilian bringing top quality to their attacking lineup. Yves Bissouma, Clement Lenglet, Djed Spence, and Ivan Perisic were the other outfield signings that have tremendously improved Tottenham’s squad depth and options. Conte is seeking another attacker in the wide areas, with Tottenham approaching Leeds United for Daniel James. The Welsh international was an important signing for the Yorkshire outfit last summer and has started the season well so far.
