JJ would need to be closer to the base of midfield, we can't have just the one DM when our wingers will be so far forward.
I would still like to replace JJ with a real DM, but the new vice-captain ain't likely to budge.
Also, defnitely need competition for Bent - I don't care if "he needs a run of games". Let him earn it.

Dont get me started on the most infuiating player in the entire squad last season. Nothing has changed.

Corluka and Bale mowing forward, Corluka more focused on defense because of Bentley.
Modric moving as cmf,amf,and on left wing playmaking with GDS,Bale.
GDS being fast and shooting often on goal
