really try to win the game in the first half - crouch as an impact sub if things not happening

I'd be afraid that team would be overrun in the middle of the park.
No mate, You have the wrong Concept, If we were to play a 4 - 3 - 3, it would have to be 1 striker. So let's say Pav. Pav would have to be up there with 2 Wingers, So let's say Bale and Lennon. That leaves us with 3 Slots in CM. You could do something like Modric Huddlestone and Palacios with Palacios as your CDM so your midfield is Backed up. But obviously, Theres still a lack of Midfield strength, We've played 2 up front all Season, With Bale at LW and Lennon/Bentley at RW, we already have the Width, No need for anymore.
