Tottenham have opened talks with Ryan Sessegnon over a new contract, Football Insider understands. The 21-year-old has finally started to live up to his billing since the turn of the year and justify the £25million Spurs spent on him in 2019. A Spurs source has told Football Insider that Antonio Conte has made it clear to the club hierarchy he believes Sessegnon is a ”huge” talent who can develop into a bona fide Premier League star.
ARSENAL FAIL TO REGAIN TOP-FOUR FROM TOTTENHAM
Arsenal have had to settle for fifth place on the Premier League table for a few days at least after their failure to regain fourth spot from North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the race to qualify for Champions League football next season.

The Gunners began last weekend in fourth position and with a three-point cushion over Tottenham Hotspur who were in fifth position. At that point, Arsenal had played a game less than Spurs who were the first team to play last weekend. SPURS TRIO TO MISS BRIGHTON GAME
Tottenham Hotspur boss Antonio Conte has delivered the injury update on his team ahead of their visit to face Brighton and Hove Albion at the Amex Stadium. The Italian tactician provided on the health of his team in his pre-match press conference on Tuesday ahead of the Brighton game scheduled to take place on Wednesday night. The Gunners made the request to postpone the game due to a lack of first team players and the request was granted by the Premier League board who met on Saturday to discuss the request.
