its a bit of an annoying situation. your lacking goals all season and one of our potential threats to a team cant get a game. bolton febuary, 13 min appearance. scores. gets 90 mins next game scores again against sunderland and then gets 30 mins against blackpool and sat on the bench for the last 13 games. think it was due to bale and vdv both getting injured around that time. his shooting ability is top notch. hope he doesnt go to liverpool cause if he started matches i reckon he could score about 12 goals.

I am torn right here.

Niko is a fantastic player with amazing skills and he just doesn't deserve to be sitting on the bench. Especially after all the great performances and goals he provided us with. He deserves to play on a regular basis.

On the other hand, as mentioned already, this season we have hell of a lot games to play with the Europa League and Harry will have no choice but to rotate the team. Which means Niko WILL get playing time.

BUT... even if he gets that playing time and plays brilliant, I still can't see Harry picking him in front of Bale. And I really can't see Harry throwing him in that VDV spot behind the lone striker.

Whatever they decide to do with Niko, I'll respect their decision. All I want is to see Niko play, doesn't matter if it's for us or for someone else, it's a pain to see his talent getting wasted like this.

with this european cup nonsense we could pretty much split the team in half and have seperate teams with some exceptions obviously. you just tell those players they are gonna play in all our cup games next season and the others are playing the league. then the following season you sort the men from the boys and sell who is not worthy.

has anybody considered the fact that niko no longer wants to be here?

it was said before that if modric leaves he would like to stay. tbh i dont no why that had any bearing on him staying as harry certainly wouldnt play him in mods position. a move will prob also mean going to a lesser team which would suck and he just had a kid so maybe he likes where he lives. cant half tell id like him to stay.

I wouldnt really consider the clubs he has been connected to lesser, maybe lesser leagues but still.

For sure no , with Harry as his manager definitely no !
