David Bentley has a great attitude...he'll do well in his career. Despite not featuring in the first team, he still gets into the training ground, putting in 110%. This guy will go far...

I really hope David Bentley does fantastic for us. But I don't get the feeling he is in Harrys plans.

ill give the guy one thing he is putting it in and trying to show his worth to the club, i was shocked and very, very pleased to hear it was bentley, he has learnt his lesson and its such a shame he cant get a game because of azza being in the form of his life, i really want him to come good and i hope that when he gets his chance he'll take it with both hands because he does seem to love the club and refuses to leave

i thought the guy that showed your kid around would've been someone like keano or defoe but i was very pleasantly surprised

The thing is if we get CL football thats when we're gonna need a player like Bentley to make sure Lennon doesn't get burned out . It goes for most if not all of the positions on the pitch - you should always have plan B readily available . We have Kranjcar and Modric on the left Lennon and Bentley on the right , Harry knows what it takes to be a top club , and having a player ready to fill someones boots is the best way to keep that player motivated .

I think we'll see more going out than coming in in January, Bentley is an excelant cover for Lennon but will he be wanting to play 2nd string at Spurs or look elsewhere.
