Roman Pavlyuchenko is set for a move back to his former club Spartak Moscow with Ruud van Nistelrooy poised to quit Real Madrid for Spurs.
Spurs are believed to be locked in talks with Spartak, who are understood to have offered £9.5 million for his immediate transfer this month.
Spartak's director of football Dmitri Popov. ""Now everything depends upon Tottenham. If they make just a step in our direction, the problem with Roman's transfer will be solved.

I agree..... never ever have we seen Pav as a World Class or Class player.

I dont know where people get this idea that pav's a great player he had a whole season and didnt do much.

Ok his not done much this season as his not been given a chance but theres a reason why Arry hasn't played him " cos his not good enough"

all our strikers are 1/4 the player berba was.alright defoe banged in goals earily on but hes been muck the last couple of games or longer even,there is no way pav would have played worst than the 3 strikers we had last night if he had of been given the chance.its pure politics on arrys part because he didnt sign him .at this stage just sell him because as you say arry doesnt fancy him and unless we have lasange gate again he wont play him,i just think hes been harshily treated because he played well preseason and was good for russia as well.
