I have thought for a long time now , and argued for along time too . But i think he (Keane) didn't realise that we worshiped him . He stayed with us through all of the troubles but behaved like any other footballer when opportunity knocks . But when he played for the bin dippers he thought he was gonna be respected straight away - some-thing fowler worked years for . So when he scores a goal they think " its about time " £20 mil for what ???? Instead of the Keeeeeaaano that he had got used to at the lane . Very confusing for the boy............ but what did he expect....???

I'd swap JD, Pav, Bent and Keano for him in a flash. Injured or not.
He ddnt need time to gell, settle or any other of the bullsh*t excuses that get thrown about with new players. IMO he was the best striker in the league last year without comparrison.
Just trying to prove a point that they have got some decent players and the next big thing is doing well for them.

i'd have him back aslong as he wants to play for the badge.
The problem is we will be in the same striker problem ! Like berbatov, Pavyluchenko will be a defo number #1 choice striker! And with Keane and defoe there aswell they will be decided as 2nd & 3rd choice then Bent 4th & Campbell 5th! And i prefer to keep Campbell ! So dont bye Keane! 1st Pavyluchenko 2nd JD 3rd Campbell & 4th I miss from 4 yards Bent!!
Agreed he is a great player and would be great to have back.
