i would as well mate,i know villa paid big money for him{relative to his age at the time},i dont think there is another player in the league that puts balls into the box with such pace,and playing for us i think his game will come on again playing with better players

We are all setting ourselves up for some disappointment. The deadline is gonna come and go and all we have to show for it is Scott Parker or nothing at all and to be honest I plan to be well away from this bloody forum when the window closes because I'm not in the mood to listen to all the whiners in here.

The simple fact is that we still have a decent squad of players who are capable of beating the best teams in the premiership and while Fabiano would have been great the only thing we need right now is something that you cannot buy. It's called Man Balls.

Harry's just been on SSN , and says that he isn't optimistic that we will sign anyone by close of play , although he thinks that a few loans out will happen today .

This is just stupidity now.

I'm all for keeping things realistic and not blowing out either transfer funds or our wage structure, but this is getting embarrasing.

It's becoming obvious that not a bl00dy thing is going to happen.

For years we have waited and hoped to get CL football. Finally, after a blistering season, we reach the holy grail of football, and for what? To stay absolutely stagnant! Levy and Arry know that we need to strengthen to maintain our position in the premiership, and yet we keep on letting our targets slip through our fingers! Fabiano resigns for Sevilla!!?!? KJH to Schalke!?!?! What the hell happened to Diarra????

I'm pleased that we got Gallas on the books to be honest, but it's nowhere near enough.

From one of the most promising transfer windows we have ever had to one of (if not the!) most disapointing.

I'm disgusted.
