Why do you need another striker?
Because to compete at the top end of the EPL, we need a top-class striker.
Man Utd have Rooney, Chelski have Drogba, Arsenal have van Persie, Man City have Tevez (and others), Liverpool have Torres.
Defoe, Crouch, Pavlyuchenko and Keane are far from the quality of those guys.

I think he's priced at £15m currently. However, he might go back to United.

Seeing how that price you've quoted me on was from August and what Athletico had said they wanted then. He's going to be far too much for his age and I cant see Levy doing a deal for him. This would be brilliant. We need someone with his quality. Pav and Keane are squad players, whilst Crouch and Defoe are hardly reliable. Is he on the cards in January do we think?
