Gallas is ineligible according to the Guardian
"Gallas is ineligible for the second-leg of the Champions League play-off against Young Boys of Bern, having not been registered ahead of the first-leg, which Tottenham lost 3-2, but he is eager to settle and put the controversy of his move behind him. "It was not an easy decision [having played for Arsenal] but I am here now and I will give my best," he said. "Finishing fourth last season shows Spurs have improved a lot and I hope this season we are going to finish even higher, maybe even win the Premier League. We just have to believe in ourselves."
Steven Caulker is the messiah!
Either way he could have never have played as he isnt match fit yet.
I was talking with a colleague this afternoon who supports Arsenal. Apparently, whenever Gallas was injured, Almunia would make silly mistakes in goal, and Arsenal would start to let goals in. Imagine how our defence would improved with Gallas in defence? Another colleague went quiet when I bragged about how he we got Gallas on the free and how we paid less than what he wanted from Arsenal each week. This guy sounds like a bargain.
Technically every free is a bargainthis is one of the great frees though

View of France, Gallas is on the end, he is a medium player, in South Africa with the French team, he was been very bad !
So was Rooney for England, but fook me I would have him!!
Thank fook we signed him now after what happened to Dawson! Lets hope someone like Caulker can make an impact and try and ease such a shitty situation.
I'm certainly not "happy" we signed him, but since Dawson's injury I think "glad" is the right word. No matter what anyone says an Ex-Arsenal captain feels wierd but better that we brought him in than struggling at the back, hopefully he will slot in seamlessly and do a good job til Daws is back, at the end of the day that's exactly what he has come here for, and when Daws does come back he will cover for the King. In the end good call Harry! It's certainly not Gallas we will be sitting on the edge of our seats for at the weekend but strangely, he could be the most important signing we made this summer!

Hey man look at that Phil Jones fella at Blackburn, got a chance and established himself straight away at the age of 18.. i'd like to think Caulker could have a positive impact
