Temporary visa maybe? He's not working so doesn't need a permit, he's on a trial it should be easy for him to get one though.

Just so you know, I'm almost certain that is Mpoku in the background, not Lozano - altho it does look a bit like him. Tbh, it could be either of them going solely of that slightly blurred image tho.

Also, he ain't Luongo either. That is Massimo Luongo & he's been playing for our Academy all year - well, since his trial back in March

If he's joining our Academy then he won't need a Visa, its the same as studying abroad

Tottenham have agreed a deal to bring Honduran starlet Anthony Lozano to White Hart Lane.

Spurs beat a number of Premier League clubs to the 17-year-old striker's signature and he will link up with compatriot Wilson Palacios.

Lozano spent time training with the Spurs reserve team during pre-season and impressed manager Harry Redknapp.

He is currently back in Honduras but will return to London next week to put pen to paper and resume training with his new club.

Lozano has scored 11 goals for his country's under-17 side, including four in last year's CONCACAF under-17 tournament.

Can he sign a contract next week? I don't think he can unless he is unattached. If he is contracted to a club in Honduras he will have to have signed by 6:00 tomorrow would he not? Good thing is that he is under 21 so does not have to be registered and can be outside our 25 man squad and still play.

He is contracted to Olimpia in Honduras, but what are the rules on signings youth team players? As thats where I think he'll be once he gets here.

A transfer is a transfer. He cannot be contracted to another club and move outside the window. I would imagine that he has already signed and is just gone home to tie things up there. But yeah he can only move in the transfer windows if he already has a contract elsewhere.

He's coming back this summer for another trial, the club sent him back last summer because they thought he couldnt handle the PL (physical side of it) so we'll have to see what happens with this kid.
