I tell you what... if he's willing to stay and fight for a place... then good on him... yeah he's not a fantastic player but he knows next season he wont be in the starting 11 let alone the 18 man squad we take to games but he'll get his chances in the Carling Cup and I think he'll do really well and maybe earn his place back into the 18...
but all that aside I think he needs to leave not because I don't like him (because I think he was brilliant for us before) but for him as a professional footballer, he needs to be playing regular football and he'll never get that with us, unless by some sort of miracle he turns into Ronaldinho over night
