So far I am liking these a bit better than band of brothers mainly because we always heard about the battles in Europe and not to much on the pacific.

just watched episode 7 of this 10 part series and its seriously picked up the pace....i was thinking it was a very slow moving show but the last three episodes have been right up there with band of brothers if not better.....gruesome and brutal but fooking top notch telly!

lol mate that particular episode was real harrowing stuff.....they definitley played for the old emotional heart strings in that one lol
not to mention the bit where the guy was throwing stones ionto the japs head cause the top half had been blown off lol class!
