Ringer- Walker is only a CB/RB....Naughton would be the option for LB....and ideally Bale playing LB and Gio in front of him at LM
Bale as LB and either Kranjcar or Dos Santos (not sure if he can play there though) on the LM postion.. there are plenty of options ..
Niko drifts in too much which can be a good and bad thing but i'd like to see Gio there this season or right behind the lone striker.
That's just the way Niko is.. and he was rather successful with it so far..
he is not the fastest so he has to rely on the things he can do with the ball .. and when he is confident he is very dangerous..
with Bale behind him or even Dos Santos rushing forward (or should i say doing his flash gordon thing) would confuse allot of defenders on who to watch out for..
i may be wrong but first it needs to be tested couple of times to see how it works out...
