this is so annoying i wish they got valencia they are such a fun team, imagine if valencia still had david villa and david silva, they might sell mata too sadly, they were a incredible team

Malaga in relative perspective has nowhere near the financial power of citizens of Paris or Manchester. I don't believe this club with be a regular top 4 in La Liga, and even if they are, I don't think they'll be of any threat at all in CL as will Shitty and PSG. The difference is as I have said, the gate receipts, and other obvious points. Therefore this won't be of any profit, especially if they buy high profile names like Shitty have bought, will only come to a loss and the owner will back out.
To me this doesn't seem far different than if a rich owner like Malaga's would have bought Bari (relatively big city but very poor) of Serie A, or Albania's best club, SK Tirana.
Mate, Sheikh Al Thani is fookin mega rich! I wouldn't underestimate their financial power. They've splashed a lot more than Paris have . . . . .
I agree with the others who've said that it'd be great to see the 'two way tie' for the league broken.
If it's Malaga to do that, then so be it.
