poor JD, it has been a traumatic start to 2009 for him
hope the scum that done this now realises what they've done, i reckon they didnt realise it was the brother of a famous footballer

If you can keep your head when all around you are losing theirs and blaming it on you ... you probably haven't a clue what's going on!
For each one of those individuals it would cost you around 28-32 thousand pounds per year for their incarceration.
A box of bollets and a revolver would set you back about 500 nicka.

terrible news, JD seems like a good fella, what a senseless tragedy. as several people have said, it really puts things in perspective.

That may be the case but if, a few months/years down the line, you found out you shot the wrong guys there's not a lot you can do.
If you can keep your head when all around you are losing theirs and blaming it on you ... you probably haven't a clue what's going on!
Nah I get what ya sayin mate but there are instances where it is 100% that the perpetrators are guilty.
At the end of the day if the sentence matched the crime there would be a deterrent and crime wouldnt be as prevalent as it is in todays society.
These muggy pricks will get charged with man slaughter which will get dropped to wounding with intent or a GBH/section 20 offence that they'll receive a year or two for.
There is no deterrent for any crime. The punishments are far too lenient.
