in US they typically do that to ya at birth. or atleast given the option so i don't have to remember the pain and whatnot thanks to the parental units.

well one of the things that just helped out recently was the free shipping that they did on all orders over £40. so being outside the UK you would have to either personalize it or take on one more small thing because the cost was £38-39. but check on places like World Soccer Shop and other places that may have a spurs top for sell. watch out on the World Soccer Shop as the away kit apparently does not include sponser logo right now.
