I shout my corner even when we are losing , and that is why it was me that come in for the most stick when we had the poor start to the season , but it was good to ram it back down their throats when we took the points off the top 4 teams . But when other supporters go into hiding when they are on the end of a bad result makes me think thats a bit like glory hunting .
I'm gonna tell you something that happened a few years back , i used to have a couple of scum fan mates that were doing what i just explained above . Now i used to go to a club and this is the reason i got barred . One of these goon fans was in the club and the scum were on the telly , now this supposed fan is playing the fruit machine while the game is on , and once he had lost his money and the scum went a goal down he walked out . This same dogs-cock comes back the next day while the spurs game is on and asked for the volume to be turned down . Now you have to admit = that is a funny way of asking for a good hiding .

Glory Hunters are blokes who support a team because they always do well and win trophies.
My friend is a Manure fan, like 80% of people who live south of London and has absolutely no connection to them through his Family (Palace Fans) or birth place (Margate) and therefor has no obligatory reason to support them.
He supports them because he is a Glory Hunter. Why else would a bloke born and bread in far east Kent support a team thats 286 Miles away from his front door when he could easily support a team geographically closer like Paris Saint German thats only 231 Miles away.
Like most glory hunting Kent based Manure and liverpool fans he has never been any where near Manchester let alone Old Trafford.
Glory Hunters will never feel the true nature of football, the exstatic highs and the despairing lows like real fans do and i very much doubt he will ever get to watch Manure play at Old Trafford, because Glory Hunters dont go to live games, they just sit at home w***ing over calenders of Ronaldo and wiping it on there Manure bed sheets.
Glory Hunter = A fan who has absolutley no reason to support a team exept for the fact that they win things.

Got a good M8 of 36yrs. He comes from Burnley, speaks with a Burnley accent and his family hold season tickets at Burnley. When we became M8s in the RAF, 36 yrs ago, he also supported Burnley. Who does he support now..........................Arsenal.............. ..........That's a Glory Hunter.
Can he wind me up when he starts talking Ars*hole with his Burnley accent.

hmm its a tough one, being a spurs fan i think we can safely assume none of us are glory hunters (or we are very stupid ones) - i agree with most that say a glory hunter is someone who supports a team for no other reason than because they are winning things, and i tell you another thing, you get to know they are the most ungracious pieces of sh!t ever too

I just dont get it.
My mate is a genuine Liverpool fan (they do exist in Kent), his Grandfather and Father were born in Liverpool and they both support the Reds. He naturally followed suit because it was bred into him from an early age, I understand that sort of support. Thats not glory hunting imo.
What i dont understand is why you would support a side that is half a country away other than the fact that they are the best team in the country and your bottling out of being a real football fan.
Sunshine Supporters, Glory Hunters and Trophy Whores are the worst fans in the world (and Gooners).
glory hunters i cant stand them.............most of them cant name the starting eleven of their supposed suported team.......
