A while ago I posted in support of keeping Ramos for a bit longer but get him in to English lessons so he can take the flack, not seen him do a post match interview yet, but now i believe time is up for the complete management team and I would accept any english speaking manager time to go Ramos
Just heard my 1st Ramos interview did not understand a f---king word, how does he work with his players, his last two words i did understand were "no problem" jeez!

us fans are the only ones who can change this . ramos is protected by his long term big money contract . gus is a better option and has the club's best interests at heart , but he has to toe the party line . levy and commoli don't seem to give a monkeys cos it's just another bit of business to them . it's time to let the board know what we feel about the direction the club is heading in at the next home game . maybe a pre-match demonstration ?

But I doubt he's the right man for the job. Although saying that, what we need right now is the ability to win games. Forget all that rubbish about fourth spot, or even the UEFA Cup for now. Getting ourselves up the table is the first priority, and I reckon even Joe with his years out of the game could manage that.
