how is - bale , hutton , king , woodgate ,bentley ,jenas, lennon , zorkora , huddlestone , santos , even bent - classed as poor players ?? even with these guys the team should be doing far better than what they are , a managers job is to get a team to play , to have man to manager talks to get the best from players ...yes we lost are best 2 strikers but come on should we really be loseing to teams like hull , sunderland , etc... at home ??
on paper there are far worse teams in the league , so ramos should be getting more from the players , surely ??
We have plenty of good players but we did lose 2 strikers to top 4 clubs which puts a serious dent in our ability to score. Saying that, I don't think the rest of the team are playing to their potential yet and there is plenty of room for improvement.
We need at least 1 of our strikers to step up and start putting the ball in the net, our midfield/defense to get it's act together and Ramos trying 4-4-2 and playing the best available players all the time. If 2 of those 3 things happened I think we would see significant improvement and much better results.

4-4-2 would definitely be an improvement but we also need to stop leaking at the back, plaing the same back four whenever possible would be the first step in this. Ramos has to bite the bullet and decide on his best team then stick with it. We can no longer afford to be sentimental and give games to players who are not up to playing week in week out.
He hasnt been able to motivate the side imo, him or Gus!!!
They are demotivated due to being pricked about in stupid formations in various positions.
He isnt the mesiah we all thought he was. Prove me wrong please.
