dunno who he is but from wat im lead to believe it was comolli who wanted ramos in the first place! i get the impression that comolli is running the club and levy is sitting in his office all day scrathing his scratcher! hence why we're gonna be in the carling cup from the first round next year!
I'd like to see us buy in ezequil garay, mohammed sissoko, lukas podolski and ibrahimovich I also think we should look at a new attacking midfielder that can net long shot's someone from the same mould as gerrard and lampard.
I'd also like to see woodgate made captain and gomes made vice captain.
well Garay was signed by Real MAdrid this summer and then loaned back to Racing so forget that. I don't think Prince Poldi will come to us as there is a great demand for his services all around europe but hey you never know
Ibra is going nowhere and we have plenty of AM
Imo we need a leader someone to take the team by the scruff of the neck when the chips are down, with ledders not playing every game, we definately need a proven goalscorer, a decent left sided midfielder, signs are good that levy will go all out to get arshavin in january transfer window. I am convinced we need to get rid of comolli, he is bad news!!!
There is an information on tribalfootsh** that Tottenham is interested in Darijo Srna, Croatian international. As a Croatian I don`t think he is suited for Premiership for one obvious reason - he dives a lot. And I mean A LOT. He has great crosses, free-kicks, work rate, stamina, is a captain at Shakhtar etc., but in every physical contact he just falls like he lost ground under his feet. It`s quite annoying and it works when you have European refs but in Premiership - no way IMO.
Also, he is a god in Eastern Europe, is one of the highest paid footballers and you can imagine what money he gets when his boss is the wealthiest man in Ukraine. So I`m not certain he would even come to Spurs, plus the owner of Shakhtar said many time he will not let him go unless it was an offer from 10 strongest European clubs.
i believe we do miss the physicality of a player like heskey and gattuso !!! our team is a little light weight at the minute and a big strong player who will get stuck in for the shirt can only be a good thing .
"The great fallacy is that the game is first and foremost about winning. It's nothing of the kind. The game is about glory. It's about doing things in style, with a flourish, about going out and beating the other lot, not waiting for them to die of boredom."

valid.
so its a centre-back, forward and a defensive-mid we need, and a left-mid maybe. here are some suggestions
-Fat Ronaldo will demand a high pay but if we'd had to buy him he wud've cost us a lot more.
-Giggsybuddy might be too loyal to leave but he can come in for a year or so before retiring. he'll be little of a winger as he's more central these days but he's been playing well as a controlling player for manu, so he might be the kind of player we need.
-Gattuso is 30 now and because of his style of play he should be an obvious target for us.
-Martin petrov would be another ideal left winger and he's getting little playing time at man city. He can't hope to retain his place at man city cuz of all thats to come there so he'll be itching to leave.
i dont think we'll have trouble signing a class centre-back if we sell one....king probably.....there are a few veteran italians out there but i think we need a solid long-term player for that position.
