The club seems really in a pathetic state now. If Ramos can do wonders at Sevilla, why not with spurs? I am not sure if Ramos have a say in selling and buying of players, but what he has now is definitely not up to the mark. If not, why would other clubs so readily sell them to us? Why did we have to sell away all 3 strikers of proven qualities? We used to have real star players, but now, it seems like we are getting normal players who behave like stars after joining Spurs. What we are seeing is possession, possession and possession but I think we are really missing those pin-point passes when it matters most. Its really sad.

a west ham fan here, i know how u feel, makes a change from us being there. What u have to ask yourselves, is do u you have the players to get you out of the possible relegation struggle, fancy names mean nothing, you just want some hard working players that will battle and run all day long for your club, all the fancy name players wont give a toss. They will leave and move on, you need players who have got the heart for the challenge ahead. GOOD LUCK

gus i dont belleve could deal with the preasure we need a stand up guy that would get results get rid of the waste and deal with the board.

Roy Keane for me and if ramos gose then i cant see any reason to keep gus he really is only an intrpreter (nice bloke but we dont need nice blokes).

a new manager is needed at your club i agree, the hard part is who would really want the challenge, roy keane been mentioned in post above, but would he leave where he is now?. In my opinion the most likely people that would be up for the challenge is an ex tottenham player, a big fan, a man motivator, who has passion for the club, not just for the money

Have we got the players to get out of it?
quick answer is yes......need a leader in the dugout,and on the pitch,I would say bring in Roy Keane or Terry Venables,communications a big thing in our situation and Ramos's problem in that department is clear,we just need someone to get the best out of our players.......
Which is why all these mid ranking clubs seek out Spurs players in the transfer market although Spurs themselves seem unable to develop these players.....defoe,davis,mendes,paramot at Portsmouth for example.

It is really difficult for Ramos to manage the team ........

1: RK and Berba left JUST BEFORE the league started. Only one new striker comes.....
2: Half of the team is new
3: Some promising and reliable players left, chimbonda, steed & Lee left also just before the league start
