look....ramos won the uefa cup twice - fact, he came within 90mins of beating the spanish big boys to the spanish title - fact, he is one of europes highest rated managers - fact.

      what options are there?
      1. he took a bang to his head and has suddenly forgotton everything he knows about football.
      2. he is being paid by our rivals to systematically destroy the club from within.
      3. he has not got his head around english football yet and needs more time
      4. everyone was wrong and he's just plain ****e

now i know that many would say they belive no 4 but, and you all seem to like stats, the stats and facts about his abilities speak for themselves.

i don't know...maybe we should sack him and higher someone else....who's availale?....hoddle anyone?

The way he is making decisions I wouldnt be suprised if all 4 of them are true.

He had a good record at Servilla but he has a bad record at all the clubs before that one and there are a few. It dosn't bother me do his previous record, what bothers me is his tottenham record and it is truely shocking. The most worrying thing is it is getting worse, not better. His decisions are getting worse, team selections, tactics etc are all terrible

Pavelychenko, Bentley, Lennon, Dos Santos, Modric, Bale, Corluka, Hutton, Jenas, King, Woodgate, Gomes are good players.

We should also stop worrying about other clubs. Its ealry and a good start for hull, stoke, west brom, west ham and others is realistically not going to be maintained over the season.

      .
Take away our Carling Cup win and Ramos would be out, so that does not make him a 'good manager'. Worst start in our history, does not make him a 'good manager'. He has had a year to adjust to the EPL ,players are expected to do it in weeks, if not days for Pav.

The 11 players you say are 'good players' only make one team, without subs,

I wouldn't rule out any of those clubs you mention, being above us in May 09.

I really don't want to see us take on a new Manager and like you I have used the comparisons of AF and 'The Winger' But time is running out when you see his starting line up on Sunday....All those on the bench should have been on the pitch.

i'm realistic...if you higher a foreign manager you have to expect it will take time to settle and adapt and if you believe in him (as we pretty much all did when we got him) then you should give him that time.

if spurs go down i'll sell my season ticket and give the money to a charity of your choice.......and i'll do the same if they follow your idea and sack ramos and doing so magically changes spurs into the dream team you delude them to be and they finish higher than 8th.

i say stop crying over 'stats' and let the manager and players get on with the business of turning around the teams fortunes.

BLOODY WELL SAID MATE............. i just wish we had more spurs fans like u .... the way the supporters are reacting at the moment is disgraceful. EVERYONE CALM THE **** DOWN

The players are the disgraceful ones, the board are the disgraceful ones the managment are the disgraceful ones not us paying fans who continue to support the club vocally and financialy.

Oh please. We had the opportunity to give Martin Jol time. He was two seasons into his five year plan, and the board dumped him unceremoniously against the wishes of a good many supporters.

At the time I was dead set against his sacking. He needed time I said. Two fifth place finishes can't be jacked in just like that after one poor start.

The difference now is that tactically we are a total and utter shambles, and only the manager can decide what the tactics are.

It would be great if Ramos proved me wrong. But with the way we've played even this season - leave aside the tail end of last - there is absolutely no sign that the improvement is coming.

Would any replacement - and I mean ANY - be worse than Ramos? How can you possibly 'better' 16 (count 'em - 16!) dropped points, and the worst start to a season for 53 years?

What is his vision for Spurs? I haven't heard him express it, and without a vision, we are going nowhere.

      Edited to add
Oh yeah, I've missed one game this season - Newcastle - and without fail (leaving aside the second half at Chelsea), we have been cack and actually got worse since opening day! Where's the improvement in that?! See how I feel after the trip to Poland later this week.....

We desrve what we get. The treatment of Jol was horrible and I dont think there is any real team spirit. Change after change and no fight for the jersey.

do you honestly think for 1 second that spurs will be relegated ?

i dont and am still confident of a top 10 finish even possibly a european place .
