Bent looked like a near £18 million pound striker last night, maybe playing with one up top with Modric and Dos Santos behind the lone striker would be good for us?
I can't understand how this goon Gilberto is still with us; I thought he was horrible (again). Gomez did well though; the goal wasn't his fault, poor King!

not quite sure what game you guys watched as far as hudd was concerned.
i was sitting in the norwich stand (couldent get a away seat unfortunatly) and even the norwich fans where commenting on his class. and tbh untill he was bought on it was a centrally congested boring game. he really opened it up with his smooth passing. spraying it to the wing and the like.
modric was caught out by the pace methinks. but give it a few games he will catch up. looks a real talent. dos santos looks a bit greedy but a good talent, definetly will make his mark during the prem methinks. no doubt some one like bluenose or benitez will spend months sending them messages without authorisation and breaking the transfer-rules when they decide he wants him, one rule for them one for the rest. not that im bitter aye?
anyway i have to say gilberto was pure crap. fair enough he was sitting on the left wing and i guess hes right footed, but he was playing like a holding midfielder...on the wing..enough said really. :dontknow:
good game tho second halfshame (sort of) i was down the spurs end and didnt see much action, but lots to cheer about :dancing:
