Bloody hell, anybody would think we'd got beat with some of the commentary on here!
OK, we should've had a boatload. Two-one is far from a fair reflection of the balance of play, and its all too common based on performances since the turn of the year where we've totally dominated and ended up sneaking home, or worse.
But its still a two-one win, away in Europe. What makes it more difficult this time out is that we have the League Cup Final three days later. Fine, I'll accept that makes it anything but ideal.
Our performance was great for sixty-five minutes. Only Cerny's error gave them the impetus to come at us, and even then we could have scored once or twice more. Aside from that his performance was as good as we could have wanted.
As for questions for fitness..... honestly, do you realise how rock solid that pitch was? How bloody freezing it was that night? It was only the fact that they scored that meant they came at us. And with regard to Bent, yeah, he was crap. You are right. But I'd like to see how many of us are able to run at pace in conditions like that! He was crap though!
Anyway, I'll get off my soapbox and write my match report now. We did win, didn't we?

You don't have to go to Prague to see Eastern European stunners any more. Just get yourself down to any titty bar in London.Originally Posted by P UNIT 1980
Not that I have any experience of this whatsoever of course.....

The 7-0 was at The Emirates. They managed a 0-0 in Prague!Originally Posted by RiverWire
We should be at least 3 r 4-1 up by now but i think with the White Hart faithfuls behind us a win is surely on the cards.
