I don't get the thinking of some of you. This has been a fantastic season for us and no matter what will be a vast improvement on last year. The cup competitions don't work on form. Minor teams will raise their game. Struggling teams will raise their game. With all the hype in the press and elsewhere that it was a foregone conclusion we'd be in the final a pompy win was bound to happen. All the talk of it being Crouch's fault is a joke. I didn't see Keane doing any better against lowly Ross at the weekend. O'Hara needed first team football but wasn't good enough to be in ours, that's as much been admitted. If he'd been recalled he would have been ineligible to play having been cup-tied by pompy. Yesterday was a freak result and nothing more. A perfectly good goal disallowed. A freekick against Daws that never was and a slip on a crap surface stopping him clearing what would have been bread and butter on any other surface. A penalty that never was and a booking that puts Palacios out for the next two games.
Do you seriously think we have a right to be in the top four? That's the sort of attitude that has landed Liverpool in the crap. Redknapp has done a good job, but still has a long way to go. There are attitudes that need changing at the club and palming Keane off was a big way of achieving it.
Illic Est Usquequaque Tunc Annus
This is could be our new Latin logo, it means "There is always next year".
Iustus Unus Illorum Dies
This is also a good one, it means "Just one of those days"
Inspired by Harry Redknapp.
