Unfortunetly Spurs are in the hands of Harringey Council famous for letting Baby Peter down so i have me reservations as to it being a smooth ride for our new ground and what with a bunch of tree hugging lefties moaning about heritage with some of the buildings on the High road it appears there are many hurdles to jump before were all in there cheering on the boys!

History tells us that, as with other clubs that have moved/renamed their stadiums, there will be an uproar from the WHL faithful initially....followed by a couple of years where it's referred to as "The Lane"....then a general acceptance that Spurs play at the "Preparation H Stadium"....or what ever other unsuitable epithet the highest bidder requests!! Sad but true!

yeah your right,i still call celtic park parkhead,just a habit.its going to be really strange to have a differant name at the lane.i just hope we get the right sponsor,its so important that it doesnt egt a silly name,or one thats going to change every 10 years,but on the other hand it seems its the way footballs going im afraid.just think of our scummy rivals,emerites now tampax next!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would love to hear some updates about the new Stadium soon, as for the training ground i've just read that construction is well under way.
