Redknapp rues Defoe blow as striker tears hamstring - Premier League, Football - The Independent
Article from before the stoke game (and before we had better news about JD) but it says, "David Bentley was expected to return today but he is a doubt after being struck with a virus."
So hopefully he should be back now, bout time with these fooking injuries
Nothings Forgotten, Nothing is ever forgotten
Thanks guys. Updated!

You know it's bad when Jenas returning is good news!! Started to look like we only had 11 first teamers available, so hopefully the news of Bentley and Jenas is good.
Especially as both seem to have their best games against L'Arse.
Edited just to add: Isn't it frustrating that we have all these injuries and yet O'Hara, Keane and Hutton are off playing at other clubs. Something we have to seriously look at next season!! We could do with Keane and O'Hara back especially due to our striker and centre midfield problems.

According to the daily mail Pav says he will definitely miss the game on Wednesday but will be back for Portsmouth on Saturday. Plus he says it was only a muscle spasm not a hamstring tear like first feared which would be good news.

Good news!
Tottenham Hotspur - A Life Long Labour of Love.
Seems like ages since we have heard positive injury news... its about time.
Thank god.
I'm going to the game on Sat and i really wanted to see pav!
good news but i hoped he'd be fit for fulham because it would restore my ever fading confidence of beating fulham, but its better saturday than next month!
but make sure not to rush the injury and make it worse, pav

Good news also for Hudd
Tom Huddlestone could make an early return to first-team action tonight if his ankle does not suffer any adverse reaction to training yesterday.
Dont think he will play today but in the weekend would be nice

good job the midfield are almost all interchangable , kaboul is looking like another decent redknapp signing
I think Kaboul is a great signing tbf. He can play CB or CM and I thought he did well against Stoke after I rewatched the game.
