I've read some of the posts on this thread and tbh my feelings about keane have not changed.He's probably worth upto 10mil but to spurs as a player 10p.
While i'll always be a fan and remember the good things he did for us it sticks in my throat all the my boyhood dream and always wanting to play for the scousers and hoops thing.Not once has he ever said anything like that about spurs the club who gave him another chance in the prem and not once anything like that to the yid fans who treated him like a god and then accepted him back from his failed time in scouseland.If he returns next season maybe we'll get a mention.
But if pav, crouch, jd and gud win us the fa cup and/or get 4th do we really need him.Sorry all you robbie fans if this offends you but like most on this forum spurs and only spurs are in my blood.
I guess with him banging in a load of goals in the Pub league then it will push his transfer fee up a little more, a figure of 10 mil has been mentioned many times which i think would be a decent price for the lad.
What is certain is that we dont want him back at the Lane.
