His loan was only until October 11, but QPR are hoping to extend his loan....yet I havent heard that he's reported back to the club because of the international break

I do as well, however with Hutton/Charlie/Kaboul fighting for places I dont think HR will fancy bringing Walker back from his loan for him to fight for a place when he could continue his impressive form at QPR. We all know injuries can occur but you cant set out thinking 1 of those 3 getting injured so I'd extend the loan until January with a recall option if possible.

Fair enough. These injuries just have me a lot more worried than normal. We need to get healthy, and soon. In the mean time we need as much cover possible, though RB is still OK at the moment.

Seems like a good move, showcase Hutton a little bit before the Jan transfer window and then recall Naughton if we do sell Hutton.

Yeah me too... these injuries are just crazy. It will all be over soon. I mean compared to other teams in the premier league we have serious depth at the back, we have just been sooooo unlucky! It'll come good soon.

Will he be in the squad next season? Given the fullback injuries we had at the end of this season, it seems like it would make sense.

I'm really quite pleased with the way our youngsters have performed out on loan. There are times where I question Harry for being willing to let some of them go out on loan, but the experience they receive is invaluable. Walker as the prime example this past season. Caulker, Naughton, and even Kane could be the examples for next season.
