Cannot understand why we play Jenas, the young lads have to play in games like these and maybe there attitude might improve as well .

It's good to have attitude. To be on that pitch playing for the first team is an honour. The manager has to make youngsters know that. Bostock scored a great goal for the England U19's against Spain. Great technique and shot. The boy has all the raw materials as with Gio. 'Arry has to mange them in a fatherly way. The way Ferguson manages the Man U youngsters.
Could Bostock be called into a Champions league game, the way Danny Welbeck was called in a match. That's what it's all about...!

It's good to have attitude but in a proper way. Not like what was said about his time at Brentford last season, he gives the impression that Harry mentioned on his talk sport interview about youngsters not wanting to put in the effort and commitment to develop into top players. But would rather have a fancy fookin ride and a long list of burds to shag.
I hope Harry sorts him out though because he as a lot of potential!
At the moment i don't think he will make it here. I watched all of Englands games at the u19 championship and he was far from impressive.....
Bump
If anyone (in the US) wants to watch the Hull game today to have a look at him KO is 2pm EST on FSC Plus
Steven Caulker is the messiah!
i just had a look at the game.. you can see hes quality more games under his belt and he will get more confidence. Played not a bad game but was hard for him when the two forwards for Hull are pure rubbish neither of them could hold the ball up.. anyways i think maybe next year he will get maybe 10-15 games for us.
So i've noticed that he has been dropped from the team in recent games so i hopped on a hull city forum and a spurs fan actually asked why he's been dropped and how he has been doing with them.
Here are some responses
In an interview on local radio on Monday night, Steve Walsh(Pearson's No2), was specifically asked why Bostock had been dropped.
He said that Bostock needed to show more resilience and learn that he should be making two or three touches before passing, rather than four or five.
His biggest problem is that he's knocked off the ball far too easily and as he tries to do too much, he's knocked off it almost every time he has it.
he does seem to have a lot of raw talent, his debut goal proved that, but since then he has gone off the boil slightly.
he is a work in progress and i think it will take more than this season to get him up to anywhere near the spurs 1st team.
his running and dribbling is great, but he has no end product really. he always wants to take on everyone and take a long shot, but he cant provide the evidence that this is the best way forward.
i worry that being an attacking midfielder may hinder him in that he will always have an attacking mentality. i think he needs to learn to sit back and provide passing once in a while.
he is still only 19? so he has plenty of time to work on this but i think this season wont be his most progressive.
his attitude seems to be ok, i know it was a bit iffy in the past but he always seems to want to be involved in the game, just a shame he tries to do it all himself.
He is competing for that free role with Robert Koren and Jimmy Bullard, both of which offer much more experience, and probably our most talented two players. It was said that he will get more game time at home and was only dropped from the two away games as he needs to show a bit more resiliance when we are backs to the wall (as we invariably are) away from home. We are also hopelessly short of strikers in the squad so it was asked if he could work behind Jay Simpson in that 2nd striker place, but again a very definative answer was given in that he needs to learn when to take one touch and release the ball, rather than holding on to it, plus he needsto learn more to find the space, rather than chauffering the ball through to the box. All said though it was te opinion that he is being taught these things day in day out and they expect to see a much more rounded player further into the season. He certainly has the raw talent but it needs developing.
Bostock is one of those players that you always had playing football in your team at school, who was known as a 'ball hogger' - never passes and loves to do everything themselves, weather they have the ability to do it all themselves or not.
The lad has some ability and could be a quality player, he just has to learn to be less greedy - he needs to learn it is a team game and it is about the teams result, not his own personal performances.

He's back at spurs after working on his impressive reputation as an absolute twat of a person. Was meant to be a real shit. Looks like his ego may ruin his career which once looked so promising. This kids got everything but athe right attitude. Hope he gets a gig on the bench or something so I can see him in the lily white jersey.
I'v heard he is off to Charlton on loan, hope chris powell can get him playing.
