Sorry thfcire i think its quite funny as we are not actually jews = just being accused of being jews . Your Irish and i am English = we have fans from all over the world and the fact that the scum are just about catching up with our fanbase is what makes it better . They have had a few years of glory and they are in freefall = whereas we have been through the mill , and are now on the verge of a massive rise . The Cookoo's have moved to another nest again but we are proud of our roots as we are staying on our home soil . The scum are no better than a cheap whore plying her trade in a bar .

I'm so glad to see some others on here that thought we played well, where were you guys in the chat during the game? I fought my corner but if you heard what the others were saying you would have thought we'd lost 5-0!

I thought he passed it as good as anyone out there today. Don't really remember him losing it that often & when he did he just won it straight back! & he has a mean shot on him, how has not yet scored in the Prem? I'll never know!

Like I say, we have another guy to add to the list of who we might struggle to keep a hold of if they carry on playing like they do... Modric and Palacios now..

Palacios was simply immense today, A great first half performance especially. I think we have lacked that kind of player who gets stuck in for some time now and it was fantastic to watch.

Don't think we'll have the same trouble as we did before tbh. I never felt comfortable about Berbatov but I feel Modric & Wilson (& most of the boys in our team) have a little more loyalty than that. I think that (bizarrely) this struggle we have faced this season (if we get thru it) will actually endear them to us as they have had to fight for us rather than just exist in mediocrity.

If they can then take us on & upwards next year they will really feel like they are moving the club in the right direction & I'm not sure that will make them want to leave unless someone comes in with a massive offer. Modric (altho Arsene claims he did not want him because he's too slight for the Prem, even tho both Arshavin & Nasri are arguably even smaller) turned down a move to Arsenal several years back because of his loyalty to Zagreb. Wilson also took a lot of convincing to leave lowly Wigan so I can't imagine him upping sticks anytime soon.

Also, Harry is no Wendy. If he doesn't want them to leave, whilst they are under contract, they won't be going anywhere. Not only do the players all love playing for him but he's a fighter & will not be pushed around by either the 'big 4' or moody players.

Finally, the so called 'top 4' are so clearly slipping this season & definitely 1 of them will finish outside the top places. The gap between them & the rest of us is obviously closing, and fast. Liverpool have been well jammy to be doing as well as they are and Arsenal & Chelsea (altho still difficult to beat) are dropping points everywhere. Players join them because they think it guarantees them CL but as soon as 1 of them drops out of qualification it will become evident that nobody is guaranteed anything & nobody has a divine right to be up there. That will mean that the so called 'top 4' will start to lose that appeal as players realise that, if they join the right club, they can actually win qualification themselves, as opposed to effectively buying CL qualification with a transfer. I actually think that spurs, regardless of this calamitous season, are one of those clubs that do have the resources, players & money to be one of those clubs that 'could' challenge if they put their minds to it & fight for it. If anything, this season has taught us how to fight for something & once these players see us moving in the right direction, & they are part of that, they will actually want to stay with us nevermind who comes in for them.

loyalty does still exist, look at Didi

Still doesn't convince me whatsoever, everyone thought Keane was fully committed to White Hart Lane and whenever a big team came in and swooped him up, he was away like that. We didn't think he would leave, but do you know what. He did. But weirdly enough he is back! I always knew Berbatov would leave, because the first season he asked to move (to MU obviously) and somehow BMJ managed to make him stay. With or without Comolli it will still be hard to keep players.

Keane was a freak incident. it wasn't because a 'top 4' club came in for him., it was specifically because it was Liverpool. He had been at Spurs for 6 years by that point & coming to his peak in his career after which he would start winding himself down. He wanted a new challenge & that is actually quite normal & Levy honourably let him go precisely because of the service he had given this club, perhaps still believing we'd be able to convince Berbs to stay.

That situation I really doubt will happen again. We'll see, like I said before, nothing is guaranteed but Robbie's experiences at Liverpool will surely only convince some of the other players that grass is not necessarily greener & that moving isn't always the best policy

hopefully keane will help remind players come the summer that it's not always better in a CL club.
this could spell the demise of the big 4 this year, the scum are knackered and potentially bankrupt without CL football , abramovich is getting P***ed off at chelsa , and the tubes in charge at liverpool along with the fat waiter could easily wreck pool, only man u seem like a real force still and even they have had poor spells this year.
martin o neill will start the invasion this year and i reckon as usual everton and spurs will give it a good dig next year.
the best thing is we are strong financially and are not dependant on CL money unlike a couple of the top 4 who will really struggle if they miss out.
roll on next year, and i agree that arry will be able to keep the players we want to keep and get rid of those that need to go in the summer.
sure hope wilson is a loyal kind of guy, he's got a bright future at spurs and in the EPL in general.

Nice to see some genuine steel & bite in our midfield at last.

Zokora has failed to provide this - but Palacios looked terrific and supported the attack too - having a decent effort at goal himself.
