Also, kind of off-topic, but I know that commentators are probably viewed very differently by people who live in different countries and had a few questions.
What is the consensus on Martin Tyler in England? I'm always really happy when he's calling a game I'm watching because the dude just seems so classy and articulate. He still gets excited at big moments but the way he goes through the more routine sections of a football match really impresses me. I do dislike the fact that he's often paired with Alan Smith, who sounds like he had a stroke at some point (apologies if he actually did).
Two other commentators I kind of dig are whoever did the "OHHHHH, WHAT A GOAL, IT'S DANNY ROSE..." (I think he also might have done the Bale hat trick at the San Siro) and the guy who did the "KRANJCAAAAAAAAR, IT'S NINE!" call. Sadly I don't know names, but you guys probably do :P
