River Plate in relegation battle

It's a shame they have riots like that on their hands now. I suppose I should be careful saying this, considering the two are major rivals, but out of the the two, Boca Juniors and River Plate, I've always leaned towards river plate. But when it come to the Argentine Primera, you have to root for Estudiantes de la Plata :P. Football's so crazy down there, such a passion. It's just a shame that the passion has to turn into this. Kinda like how Canucks fans rioted in Vancouver after the Bruins (my team!) won the Stanley Cup. Except it's a lot worse

Just saw some footage of the match. Fans hurling things at the Belgrano players and they actually attempted to knock over the tunnel before the players could get out and while they were going through it. Scary stuff. It's understandable that the fans are upset, but it's still terrible what the fans are doing, still rioting at this hour probably.

Argentinians are crazy really! They have so much passion for the game but there are also many who use the platform football to let out their general frustration in life! And those people are not football fans at all! In Croatia it´s horrible also, many hooligans don´t give a **** about football at all, they just want attention

Yeah, Croatia is crazy too. And you're right, the ones who are doing the worst are not real football fans.

Ouch. Things just keep getting worse for them. You gotta feel bad for the players though, having to start behind because of the actions of others
