The Guardian website has this as the starting line-ups for both teams:
Does that fit with what you were expecting?
Kitson and Tuncay up front for Stoke is a bit of a surprise - could be brilliant, could be appalling.

Hiya, I wrote a post here that you might find useful, with information for people visiting Stoke.
Just to reiterate while I'm here - if you're travelling by train then it should be pretty straightforward. The police/stewards at the train station will send you across to the hotel opposite the station, and they'll have a bar etc available especially for away fans. There's a coach service running from outside the hotel, and that will take you to the Brit and back to the station after the match for a small fee (I think about £3/4).

It's exactly the Spurs starting line-up I predicted.Does that fit with what you were expecting?
I think our substitutes will be:
Alnwick (GK), Dervite, Kaboul, Livermore, Townsend, Gudjohnsen, Kane
Right, I'm off to get ready for my trip to Stoke.
If anyone is travelling up from the south, bring something waterproof!
It's raining in Brum and there's the possibility of some heavy showers in Stoke, this afternoon, as the weather is moving northwards.
Hope everyone has a good day.

i hope modric brings his scoring boots with him... he could do with chipping in with a few goals at the mo
Sat at Euston, pint in hand, waiting for the train. Wasn't raining when I got out of bed on the souh this morning. By the time I opened the door, bloody lashing it down! Got soaked on the way to the station. Worth the effort and hassle so long as we get the points today!
By the way, Potter, ta foe the info. Coach sounds convenient, but I truly hate being treated like a sheep when following Spurs away. Will try slinking away from the station to the uni when we arrive I think.

Not overly confident tbh on this one, i think wel get bullied out of the game like so many other teams and without Defoe we lack real pace up front!
Hate the idea of Pav and Crouch together they look poor as a partnership but we dont have any other options except for the lost look Eidur who hasnt done anything for us.
Oh dear im not painting a pretty picture so il say wel grab a point but all 3 would be imense to keep us firmly in 4th!
1-1

No problem, mate. I know what you mean about being treated like a sheep, although I think at our place it can actually be quite useful for people who don't know how to get to our lonely stadium on a hill.
Don't know how much luck you'll have sneaking out of Stoke station - it's a tiny place and pretty well-staffed on match days - but if you manage it then the students' union is a decent enough place. As I think I've said before, resist the urge to go down to Stoke town-centre.
Really looking forward to this game, thinks it will be a great battle and real test of our steel.
Thank God Bale is fit, or we would have no width whatsoever...
i think is gone be 1-3
So who scored Spurs winner the last time we beat Stoke City away in the League?
