It was a natual reaction and pretty much anyone would have done the same.... He should def recieve a two game ban tho putting him out of the tournament!

It will be a farce if Uruguay get to the final and he plays!

Defend the goal at all costs. He did, instinctively, as any other player would do. But Suarez didn't clang the ensuing PK...that was all Gyan. No sympathy from me on Ghana: the best of Africa showed that all African teams in this WC were very poor. Of course for us in the US who lost to Ghana, as Bogart would say, "we'll always have Algeria."

how is it cheating it was a fair punishment

real cheating: maradona hand of god - no punishment

not cheating: suarez - handball, penalty

it is not suarez fault gyan missed a penalty

i also think this was far from cheating - he did what he thought would save his team from a defeat, and it did. he recieved an appropriate punishment with a red card and 1 game suspension. ghana are the ones who missed the penalty - it isn't like suarez won the game, he just gave his country another chance with extra time and penalties, they won fairly. everything along the rules.

I hope they go out tonight so he is robbed of the final like Ghana were robbed of there semi.
