im worried, worried that the sly old cnut fergie will do the usual and sign COUGH!!!...TAP UP!!!...COUGH!!!... our best player, modders is hurt atm and fergie might put in a cheeky offer on the cheap for him, he is exactly what united need atm, a playmaker in midfield with flair, touch and skill, all ferguson needs to do is turn modders' head and the deals as good as done, if levy and harry accept an offer ill kill them, as once again when the future looks bright we sell and are brought back down to earth again, please luka, stay!!

Don't be. the logic does not stack up at all. The fact that Modders has been out with an injury for so long will not mean Fergie will put a bid in & it certainly won't mea he'll leave on the cheap!
There is not even anything connecting Mod with a move away, so why even think about it? It just makes no sense. United are only a few points above us. Why would he leave us, where he is virtually guaranteed a start & where he is loved, whilst we are in 4th place & still with a chance of CL football? He certainly won't go anywhere in January. Add to that all his fellow Croats at the club & the fact that he was given the captain's armband on occasion.
On top of all that there is not a cat's chance in hell that Harry will sell him for any amount mid-season anyway . . .

No way he`ll leave. He`s not that kind of player, trust me. He`s got everything he wants at Spurs. A big stage to play every weekend, loyal fans, friends at the club, good salary obviously.
Anyway, it`s up to Spurs board TBF. If they say he`s not for sale, Luka is certainly not going to do Berba and sulk. He`s a complete opposite. With Charlie or Niko I wouldn`t be so sure, but Luka is not that kind of player.

So as much as i want to keep beleiving Modders will still be a Spurs player this time next year, you can bet your bottom dollar that Fergie will come knocking on July 1st 2010. Its up to Spurs to get into the top 4 this season so Manure cant offer him something he already has.

levy has done a great job managing the clubs future and finances but when it comes to transfers he dont have a clue unless he doent want a player or he is trying to flog a player for more than he's worth i.e bent, selling major players aint for him to decide imo and if he gets involved and flogs luka ill personally arrive at his big flashy mansion and strangle him to his wooden box

Modric is unsellable for Tottenham at the moment. I dont care what is offered for him.
I read somewhere on the net he has just started full training so hopefully he will be back on the bench next weekend and get some playing time. It will be so good to have him back.
I never knew he made that big of a difference... now I can see, oh boy he makes a big difference!

Realy dont see a reason for this thread. He is very happy where he is, and so are all of his friends playing at the club. They are going nower for at least another 2 years.

With Kranjcar playing like this Modric will go...no way harry will play them both in team...i would so like that ...Kranjcar showed that he can play some def..
