So Gomes is injured for a while (a few radio stations have been saying months) and it is rumoured that Harry hasn't been impressed with Cudicini since he came here, we didn't sign a keeper this transfer window it seems, so with 1 fit senior keeper on the books...we loan out 3 keepers in 1 hour.

So we have no keeper for the bench now until the big G comes back?, anyone else find that a bit weird

I can only assume Gomes is not to serious. Or alternatively those on loan have clauses that enable Arry to bring them back to Spurs in an emergency.
I can't see us going into games without a reserve keeper on the bench.
Well with alnwick injured as well,and all the other keepers out on loan,it can only mean our big brazil nut is getting closer to fitness than we thought,either that or parksey's making a comeback
I said on another thread that I read it as Gomes is getting back to match fitness very soon.

My take on the Gomes injury is that Arry doesn't want Gomes to do the same as he did last year by returning to the goal posts far too early. We saw Gomes having big probs carrying injuries. This time Arry has told him to let the brain rule the heart.Originally Posted by Prem4eva

it said on ssn this morning we had a deal to buy a croatian keeper from the russian league and he snapped his achiles tendon the weekend,any of the croat guys on here know him,sorry dont have a name but i think he plays for one of the moscow teams,sorry im crap at names ha ha
