Not in the same class as Sissoko or even his team mate Scott Brown. IMHO we should splash out on a top midfielder to strengthen what is already a good squad ... Sissoko would be my choice.
If we are just going for a 'good' player we might as well keep Jenas and Bentley .......

Very good tricky player, theres probably better creative players out there for the price (VDV!) but would not be a bad move at all
We had scouts there on Tuesday and have "rumor" approached with an offer of 5m .... probably hit the gossip pages later today or tomorrow .......
Hmm £5m seems pretty low, a few months back there was a lot of talk of bids in excess of £10m being rejected. Would give us some options to rotate or change a little bit, although im more than happy with Lennon and Modders on the flanks, i love them both!
I agree we have a great squad, however with Celtic out of the CL (sadly Arse going through) they will need to cover the 10-15m a CL run would have made. They will sell at least one player and as the end of the window closes could be forced to sell cheap ..... might be an opportunity to add a decent player at a good price. Still rather splash the cash on Sissoko ......
He is very impressive and is always at the heart of the Celtic atack. Although, I think we need a naturally left footed player as we lack in this area.

just heard about this on the radio up hear in scotland . He is a good wee player along the same line as arran lennon . dont think he woulg get a first team game but .

aiden mcgeady is not premier league class!!!, scott brown"yeah", the only thing in mcgeadys favour is he can play left side.
I think he normally playes on the right for celtic but not to sure because im not a celtic fan
he can play on the left alright,he plays there alot for ireland.tbo hes quiet hit and miss,brillant one week sh..ite the next.might change playing in the prem though,hes unknown and has a few tricks up his sleeve.for 5 million you couldnt go wrong imo
