Inter UK - Sport Club Internacional - Inglês: Tottenham emerge as Sandro admirers
says that we are looking at the Brazil U 20 captain. Hes a big DM with leadership skills. Seeems to be a lot like Sissoko who we are looking at. Could be a good buy depending on the price. Thoughts?
Lets hope he's no Lucas Leiva :P
do a swap with jenas ..supposedly inter are very interested in jenas.

Yeah thats the Brazilian club.
Brazilian teams tend to be a bit protective of their young talent though. The country are generally not happy about European teams stealing all their young stars, so he might cost us quite a bit if we are serious about him.
Sure its not Sandra?![]()
Football is my religion,
White Hart Lane is my church.
hmm, I'm a bit suspicious. Sandro is a good player, although I would prefer Sissoko, but I can't see us offering €10m for a 19yr old & leaving 70% of his registration in the hands of his current club. That does not sound like a typical Levy deal at all
King and Bongani,
King and Bongani bong!!
(watch out here they come!)
Will we stay or will we go now?
Will we stay or will we go now?
If we go there will be trouble
and if we stay we'll do the double
So Levy has got let us know
Will we stay or will we go!
Rafael, Van Der Vaart
ƒuck Chelsea & Frank Lampard
with a nick-nack paddywhack he'll be getting goals
when Lampard's too fat & old

Ur right bass, and i hate the sound of deals with split registration. Always a bit dodgy
I've been criticised in previous posts for calling players 'over-rated foreigners' so i will leave it to you to work out what i think about this story... when we ever learn???
Surely you mean when will you ever learn? You ought to actually look into players & watch them play before labeling them 'over-rated foreigners' & you certainly shouldn't criticise other people who have taken the time to watch a player & form a proper opinion. I really don't understand how you can paint every foreign player with the same 'over-rated' brush?
I watched him captain a very talented Brazil U19 side at this years Sub-20 tournament. Brazil won by the way and Sandro looked decent. There is no way to really tell whether he would cope in England but he does play a physical game, not unlike his compatriot Felipe Melo (which is why Fiorentina are looking at him as a replacement).

I freely admit to knowing nothing about this guy, however, if Manchester United or Barcelona don't want him, then he's not very good.
Those two clubs pretty much have South America covered by the inch and unless there is reported interest from them....
Of course there will be exceptions but i just am not, and never will be, a believer in signing players who haven't proven themselves in europe or in England.
People will tell me... look at Kaka, look at Messi etc etc...
however...
The very big clubs in europe buy many players from south america nearly every season (FACT) and 95% of them will slip under the radar and become a nobody...
We are not really in a position to take a chance on these guys particularly ones demanding such high transfer fees
we need to buy proven performers in europes big leagues, not waste stupid money on these sorts of players.
The kid may well go on to be superb, but chances are he'll end up an over rated nobody... Just like 99% of the players who we get told are "the next Messi!"
i talk about 'over rated foreigners' not as a statment about individual players...
more in annoyance of people's "oooo he's foreign and must therefore be amazing and lets sign him" attitude.
Fair play if people know about these players and their strengths/weaknesses, but we are not in a position to be buying over inflated price players from south america
A lot of brazilians seems to end up in Eastern Europe or the middle east! At least... as far as i can see :P maybe im wrong
Seems a good player but too risky, i'd rather avoid this one
