aston villa have made enquiries about the availability of robbie keane apparantley, i could see this move going through, i have a funny feeling that robbie is surplus to
harry,s plans, while i personally would not encourage the sale of robbie, i dont think it would be a disaster for us either, i think we,ve prob seen the best of robbie, plus this would maybe open the door for players like dos santos!!............thfc4life.
Have a source?
Cant see it happening at all.
Source?
I would like that. He is not the same since he is back. I thnik to him was rather disapointing he got back to us. We should sell him and get a proper LD ore LM.
i agree and if it did happen then we would defo have to sign huntalaar. i don't think keane has been the same since his move to liverpool but there is no way you can tell me that we would be better of with out him we would need to bring a top class forward if we let him go
we need a source before we start commentin mate![]()

Load of rubish but I wouldnt be bothered in the slightest if it happened. In fact I'd be quite happy.
He, for me lost all of his apeal when he dumped on us last time. It would also mean that we would have completely nailed down a better relacement.
Would like to hear more of this if I am honest.

striker Robbie Keane has been linked with a shock move to Aston Villa.
The Republic of Ireland of skipper faces serious competition for a Spurs starting place with Tottenham currently swamped with striker options since the £9million arrival of Peter Crouch from Portsmouth.
The 29-year-old, who Spurs bought back from Liverpool for £12m in February just six months after shipping him to Anfield for £20m, is one of several Tottenham players linked to Villa by the Birmingham Mail newspaper.
Keane reportedly joins David Bentley, Tom Huddlestone and Jermain Jenas on Villa boss Martin O'Neill's wish-list, although a swoop for Ireland's record goalscorer makes the most sense.

If we can sell Robbie and Darren then we wuld b back in for Huntelaar, surely?

am i the only thinking that theres no way huntelaar is coming to us.what reason would be have for binning robbie without replacing him with someone better.judging by arrys interview after the game today the bent deal is nowhere near done,as we might have 5 strikers if were not carefull
Good Evening, I like Robbie, but trust Harry.
I get fed up with hearing Huntelaar's name in every thread!
Huntelaar probably wont come but im just wonderin if Bent and Keane did leave then 3 strikers aiint enough and surley harry would go for Klaas as he has been seriously interested in him.
