Petrov has now said he wants to be a spurs player, i think he could top of this summers transfers and sort our midfield out a bit, Boatang looks doubtful to be a spurs player and all other speculation seem to have vanished so it looks like petrov is going to be the one. Do you think that 8 million is worth it ?

The way i see it, if we get 3 million for ghaly then we have 9 million from Brum, if we use 8 then we still have a million leftover, and we need an established left mid so why not...

IMO Petrov is a bigger key then SWP.
We should sign Petrov soon tho because the season is in about 3 weeks (thank god)

yeah same here but SWP would be good to come on and give some pace down the wings like lennon can give, dunno if petrov has pace or not haven't seen him play in a while. Yeah 3 weeks aint long, seems much longer than that lol

think either would be good signings. would prefer to see swp because hes a young english player, but more importantly, because i dont think we need a central midfielder that much. we have zakora, jeanas, tianio , taarabat and huddlestone all in there capable of starting lineups and murphy always there as back up.
