Sissoko to Spurs?

I Have Read Some things on the internet linking Momo Sissoko to leave liverpool for Glorious Spurs...
First, if anyone has any other info on this possible trasfer let me know.
Second, even if this isnt true I'd like to hear some opinions of this move.
Imagine how much more solid our midfield would be with him in the middle.

Good solid player when he gets a run of games and some form going. When he is bad though he is bloody awful. He struggled for fitness for a while last season and slipped behind in the pecking order when they signed Mascherano. Do we really need another midfielder though? I know its a squad game these days but I make it:

Lennon, Jenas, Zokora, Malbranque, Huddlestone, Murphy, Tainio, Tarrabat, Ghaly :9: , Routledge, Boateng

We've surely got to release a couple (Ghaly) if we are going to sign any more? He would be a welcome addition but he is very defensively minded. And as for his shooting I honestly think he would give Zokora a run for his money.

How is the signing of Boateng going, I know that we have agreed on a transfer fee with Hertha-Berlin but have we come to an agreement with the playe yet?
