Good Afternoon, a few rags are reporting Chelsea's interest in Pav,
not sure how I would feel about this. Looks like paper talk, but I
think Harry may have a striker shake up...
Tottenham striker Roman Pavlyuchenko linked with Chelsea move - Telegraph
Love the title of the thread slim, lol
I have heard of chelseas intrest a couple of times lately aswell. I can see harry selling him to be honest. I don't think he rates him that highly and he may well be one of the ones to be replaced.
i think this would be a huge mistake imo.we have to give this guy at least a season at full fitness at least.i think he would come back to haunt us big style plus i dont htink we would get all our money back for him anyway.i know im biased becaue hes 1 of my favs in the team but i think this player needs a full season to bed in
just the usual paper talk due to the russian connection
Let's talk about it in summer
This was just put on the ssn website. Pav has a great attitude.

it would be a massive mistake to let him go but we know harry likes to have a hold up striker and with keano and defoe ahead in the pecking order i can see it happenin
He hasn't exactly set the pitch alight for me , but then again he scored against Manure when they were 13 hours without conceeding . Not sure how to feel on this one but i posted before christmas that we made the same mistake again = Rebrov without shevchenko , i could go on but there's no point . The fact that we didn't sign Arshavin makes me not want the guy but i can't explain why ' and that is making me struggle with myself . ( I tell yo what i didn't swear either = and that was hard ) .

yeah i see what your saying but i could see pav goin and scoring 20+ next season, but then would i leave him out for keane or defoe of coarse, so its a mixed 1 for me
i wouldnt be particularly bothered if he left to be honest....as long as we get a decent replacement!
The problem with Pav is he lets himself get dragged out of position un-nessasarily ( ok you spell it ) which takes the point away from what he is supposed to do = and that is deliver the punishing pass = then you might as well have another midfielder .
you could be say the same thing about many top strikers there kev, droppin deep when there not getting service even the man keano
its very possible mate as he seemed to like the crouch defoe partnership....but that just opens up a whole new can of worms such as wat does he do with keano who he made a point of signing back then basically called him the saviour of spurs then made him captain! he sure as hell aint gonna drop him lol![]()
pleaaaassseeee not peter crouch, i hate him with a passion - he is 6' 7 but cant head the ball, whats that all about?
i have this hideous feeling harry is gonna want downing on the left and the beanpole up front next season
