Spurs are competing with Inter Milan amongst others for the signature of the young Ghanian full-back.

I've never heard of him. Anybody know about him?

I don't really know who he is but if he's the one I'm thinking of, I saw him score a great goal a while back. Didn't think he was a full-back tho (the guy that scored it I mean).

No i wasn't sure if he was a raiding lb or a natural lm.I've caught some Ajax highlights over the last month,and he figures prominently for em.Thought he might be a good signing if he was a lefty.He's a uraguayan international i think.

It seems that, after all that, he might actually pick Spurs OVER Inter Milan!!!

According to today's Mail, Gladson Awako has said that he believes Spurs would "bring out the best in him".

I still haven'[t seen too much of him, altho I did catch a glimpse at the recent U20 WC where Ghana were winners after they beat Brazil in the final.

Spurs will bring out the best in me

I suppose its always good to be looking to bring in promising players in any position, but surely we have enough competition at fullback to make it unlikely he will get too many chances to impress?

I think he is meant to be a left back. However there are numerous reports about this chap. Some are saying that he is an attacking playmaking midfielder.
