Some seasoned players with contracts coming of age this year may be available. Would be nice to see 1-2 seasoned players come to Spurs to help get us into Champions League contention next seasoned.

I think that players still want a signing on fee , so there are no real bargains to be had , i know Joe Cole is injured but i would take him because he is prepared to run at players and defences just like Lennon , before everyone jumps down my throat - i know he is not a left winger but - You here me BUT he reminds me a bit of Gary Mabbut , i think you could put a pair of boots on him and he could play any position. Lets just hope my dream comes true , because we could use a utility player of his quality . I just hope his injury is a minor one , and he recovers so that it keeps him in football .

Joe Cole is wasted at chelsea,as were swp,sidwell,parker,bridge,the list goes on. I swear to god they just buy players to stop other teams having em.I hate the chavs more than any other club,and that includes the mancs and the goons,i really detest em that much

i think van bommel for me i know hes getting on abit and it would be a stopgap but id love to see him in beside wilson.he can pass ,tackle ,head a ball and he has a great shot on him .we have been linked with him in the past and i think he was really close to signing for us a couple of years ago so theres history there.

I agree mate MVB would have been perfect for us about 5 years ago.Either we left it too late,or he had higher ambitions at the time.I remember us being linked with the player very strongly.

well, you could always go for Danijel Pranjic from Heerenveen... He is a very good LW and he also plays LB for Croatia (he does it so-so, but still).. He currently has 16 goals and 4 assists from 25 games for Heerenveen... I think he is the second top scorer in Dutch First Division..
And he is Croatian...
