just found this on setanta news. its a few days old. this guys a fairly prolific striker from what i read.
seems to be a good finisher, a bit keane-esque.
ive previously heard of this guy but for the life of me i dont know where, dont think weve played almeria recently? anyway heres the report

I don't see him coming to Spurs, especially now we have got Keano back.
I recognise his name also but I think there might have been another Negredo or something cos this kid has definitely not been anywhere I would have seen him.

I like the look of Negredo but we need a player like Eto'o or RSC. Big, strong and can score with his head. How many headers have our Strikers scored this season? About 2 i think? Both Pav and both in the League Cup. We are woefully short on height (forgive the pun) up front and buying another little terrier is not going to help in the long run. Its a shame because Negredo is a tidy little striker.
We have a strong RW in Lennon, if we can get a good LW like Cole and someone like RSC up front we will be top 6 no problem next season and even CL at a push.

But unfortunatley too Keane/Defoe like. Albeit a tad taller!
