as a loan deal I think its entirely plausible. My only concern is what Gio might have to say about coming to Spurs.

Also, Bojan's height is a slight worry. He might do OK in Spain, where the like to keep the ball on the deck, but in England when the crosses are flying in he will not be the same player

this is a somewhat ridiculous rumour. I wish it could be true but I doubt it. Although Barca's form has been a bit sloppy of late, Bojan is barca born and bred. I think he's going to be there for life, if he joined us even on loan I'd eat my hat.

Well, this story is gathering pace as Barcelona have stated they are happy to let him go on loan & even hinted that they might even be willing to SELL Bojan! They've gone cuckoo if you ask me! Anyway, their loss will definitely be our gain this time around! I don't know how Gio will feel about it tho as Bojan was the starlet that was keeping him out of the Barca XI last season & was the reason he decided to move & come to Spurs in the first place. I know he's having trouble getting into our 1st XI but having Bojan follow him here he will surely see as an omen.

However, we have competition from BIG European clubs like Milan, Lyon, Villareal, PSG & Ajax. I don't see it happening tbh, unless the boy has an urge to play in the Prem but then if that's the case City will probably have heard about it by now & try to hijack the deal with another £150m

Messi wont join City.

City wont be in any European competition next season and i very much doubt that simply playing in the EPL and will be enough to pursuade him to move away from one of the biggest teams in the world, even with the innevitable massive wage they will offer him.

City are setting their sights far too high. They should be looking to buy players like RSC or Downing. They havent earnt the respect they need to bid for superstar players. Even the Chavs or Utd would have trouble prising Messi away from Barca and they regularly win things and are a constant CL competitor.

They have no European pedigree and are an average EPL team. The only difference with them and the rest of the league is that they can throw their money around like its toilet paper.
I think players are finally standing up and representing the game as it should be, by saying that there is more to the game than money. Lets all hope everyone follows Kaka's lead before City ruin our national game by pricing every other team out of deals.
