With the trend of buying back players getting ever more popular at tottenham why dont be buy a player who can solved our reall problem (left side) Reto Ziegler can play both left full back and mid field he was only young when we played him and he impressed with his passing and delivery.
I never understood why we let him go, to be honest. He was good enough in Jol's first, incomplete season (when he took over from Santini) to play most of the games - but he was dropped for the next one, was loaned out and soon enough left properly...
Considering he was a good player, and we've never really had better left-sided options...I can only assume there was a problem with his attitude/application in training.
I think we could do worse than ring him back, for what it's worth...but then, we could definitely do better as well.

muchthe same could be said about Erik Edman, another good player who helped us get into europe on league position, hard working and what a shot he has
i agree with that .also why did we let malbranque go we have always been the same
Probably because they didnt sell enough shirts with Edman, Ziegler or Malbranque on the back. Spurs dont like players without big names and we will never change.
